Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa appears dejected as Charlie Beck makes his introductory remarks at a townhall in Mar Vista supporting his candidacy as Chief of Police.  I didn’t just pull this photo out of many where Mayor V looks fine – there’s a whole series of photos in which he is in various poses of dejection.  What’s the cause, I wonder.
